Extrusion Tech - Janesville, WI and Ft. Pierce, FL
Both of our PVC Pipe Manufacturing locations are seeking team members that wish to make a career in the plastics field. This key position in our organization is responsible for consistently manufacturing a high quality product. Responsibilities include taking quality measurements of finished goods, making adjustments to improve quality when necessary, and palletizing and transporting product. Successful candidates will have high mechanical aptitude, a good work ethic, and excellent attendance records. Shifts are 12 hours, working 4 days one week and 3 days the next, with every other weekend as a three day weekend.

Maintenance Technician - Ft. Pierce, FL
This position is responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of PVC extrusion equipment & machinery. Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as knowledge of PLCs a plus. Prefer an Associate's Degree in Electro-mechanical, Electronics, or Mechanical Design Technology and prior experience in a manufacturing setting.

This hands-on position supervises all aspects of the production floor and provides technical support to help maintain the extrusion process when necessary. As a key position in our organization, leadership and the ability to jump into the thick of things are must haves. Direct supervision experience including training, enforcing policies and procedures, and coaching individuals and teams is critical for this position. Experience with Lean manufacturing/KanBan/Six Sigma is preferred. Experience with SAP, scheduling, and work flow will also be helpful. Special consideration will be given to candidates with prior experience supervising the manufacture of PVC Pipe. Production management degree or other manufacturing related degree is also preferred. Shifts are 12 hours, three days one week and four days the next, with a three day weekend every other week. The assigned shift could be days or nights.
