Manufacturing Expertise

Freedom designs and builds its own fabrication equipment and tooling in-house. Our proprietary equipment, utilizing computer aided design and manufacturing, enables us to construct complex parts efficiently-meaning lower cost to the customer-with the highest quality standards. In many cases, we can use our own specially extruded pipe stock for manufacturing. Other fabricators rely solely on outside source materials. Freedom's integrated approach of raw material design, and manufacturing makes us an unequalled source to meet the needs of your next custom fabrication application.

Acrylic Covers

Dual Containment

Freedom can also prefabricate dual containment pipe systems in PVC or CPVC in IPS sizes through 16". Standard pipe, fittings and headers are available, as well as custom configurations to your design. All components are factory-tested to ensure maximum reliability.

Exhaust Systems

Prefabricated exhaust systems made to your custom specification can be made with Freedom's own pipe and fitting products. Prefabricated Pipe Systems

Freedom's diverse set of skills allows us to prefabricate entire pipe systems from the material of your choice, including PVC, CPVC, Polyethylene, and Polypropylene. Joint connections can be made with solvent-weld joints, fusion, flanged joints, or gasketed joints. Freedom's gasket system is the Rieber locked-in system, which ensures joint integrity.

Freedom also has vast experience in water and waste treatment applications, such as aeration system headers, and in cooling towers, filtration systems, chemical process systems, and chilled water distribution.

Fabricated Pressure and Drainage Fittings

Freedom has the capability to fabricate pipe fittings in PVC, CPVC, or Polyethylene, through 24" diameter. A variety of special custom fittings is available as well. We also make SDR 35, 26, 21, sewer and IPS fittings, C900 and C905 high pressure water main fittings, and a variety of other products.
