Freedom Plastics Inc. certifies that all DR14, DR18, DR25 and DR41 Cast Iron OD (CIOD) gasket drainage and pressure fittings fabricated by Freedom Plastics are inspected in accordance with ASTM D-2122.
CIOD fittings are made from DR14, DR18, DR25 and DR41 pipe, which meets or exceeds all specifications of AWWA C900-97 or C905-97.
The base material used in the manufacture of this pipe conforms to ASTM D1784, with a cell classification of 12454B Type 1, Grade 1.
The gasketed bell ends are the lock-in Rieber type and the gasket joints conform to AWWA C900-97 or C905-97 gasket pipe requirements.
