Ultra-Corr™ Fittings

Freedom Plastics, Inc. certifies that all Ultra-Corr™ drainage fittings fabricated by Freedom Plastics will meet or exceed all performance specifications of ASTM F-949. The fittings are made from SDR35 pipe stock, which meets or exceeds all specifications of ASTM D-3034 or F-679. The basic material used in the manufacture of this pipe conforms to ASTM D-1784, with a cell classification of 12454B or 12364C Type 1, Grade 1. The socket joint connections accommodate ASTM F-949 pipe. All 4" and 6" branch connections accommodate ASTM D-3034 sewer pipe; with a joint conforming to ASTM D-3212 and gaskets meeting all requirements of ASTM F-477.

Ultra-Rib™, Perma-Loc™ and Vylon™ Fittings

Freedom Plastics, Inc. certifies that all Ultra-Rib™, Perma-Loc™ and Vylon™ drainage fittings fabricated by Freedom Plastics will meet or exceed all performance specifications of ASTM F-794. The fittings are made from SDR35 pipe stock, which meets or exceeds all specifications of ASTM D-3034 or F-679. The basic material used in the manufacture of this pipe conforms to ASTM D-1784, with a cell classification of 12454B or 12364C Type 1, Grade 1. Spigot end connections are manufactured from the appropriate profile pipe stock. The socket joint connections accommodate Ultra-Rib™, Perma-Loc™ and Vylon™ pipe. Supplied gaskets conform to ASTM F-477 and F-794. Various reducing branch connections accommodate ASTM D-3034 sewer pipe; with a joint conforming to ASTM D-3212 and gaskets meeting all requirements of ASTM F-477.

Pro-21 Fittings

Freedom Plastics Inc. certifies that all Pro-21 drainage fittings fabricated by Freedom Plastics are manufactured to have a bell or spigot configuration compatible with that of Pro-21 pipe; as supplied by the pipe manufacturer. The fittings are made from SDR35 pipe stock, which meets or exceeds all specifications of ASTM D-3034 or F-679. The basic material used in the manufacture of this pipe conforms to ASTM D-1784, with a cell classification of 12454B or 12364C Type 1, Grade 1. Spigot end connections are manufactured from Pro-21 pipe stock. Supplied gaskets conform to ASTM F-477. Reducing branch connections, 18" and smaller, accommodate Plastic Irrigation Pipe (PIP).
