DWV/ Schedule 80 Drain Fabricated Fittings

Freedom Plastics' DWV fittings are tested and certified to meet or exceed all performance specifications of ASTM F1866. DWV and Drain fittings fabricated from custom formulated Freedom Schedule 40 or 80 Freedom pipe are of the highest quality and appearance. The basic material used in the manufacture of this pipe conforms to ASTM D-1784 with a cell classification of 12454-B,
Type 1 Grade 1.

DWV Molded Fittings

DWV molded fittings are manufactured using a custom formulated virgin PVC compound with a cell classification of 12454, Type 1 Grade 1 as defined in ASTM D-1784, which meet or exceed all performance specifications of ASTM D-2665, and are tested in accordance to ASTM D-2122. DWV molded fittings conform to the geometries and patterns as defined in ASTM D-3311 and to ASTM F-1498, the standard
for tapered pipe threads for thermoplastic fittings. DWV molded fittings are manufactured from materials certified by NSF Standard 14 for use in potable water service. Tigre molded fittings are also labeled with industry standard Universal Product Code bar codes.

Perfect Fit Every Time

Since Freedom's fittings are fabricated from a specially formulated Freedom pipe, you are assured of a perfect fit every time. Molded fittings are mold stamped with the pipe size on each socket to reduce installation time. The angle alignment markings insure perfect fitting alignment to help eliminate twisted joints.
