Purchase Order Requirements

Minimum Order:

Minimum fitting order is $US 100.00.

Pricing:

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. All orders are subject to credit approval prior to shipment.

Payment Terms:

Municipal Products: 1% 30 days, net 31 days
Commercial Products: 2% 35 days, net 45 days

Payment terms are for existing customers in good standing.
Payment terms for new & OEM customers and custom fabrication products are determined at time of order.

Freight:

Within the Continental US:
Pipe and/or fitting orders shipped within the continental US are FOB plant, freight prepaid and charged back.

Outside Continental US:
Pipe and/or fitting orders shipped outside the continental US are FOB plant (the port), freight prepaid to the port and charged back. The INCOTERM is Ex Works.

Full Freight Allowed:

Within the Continental US:
PVC Pipe Orders: Minimum one-half truckloads shipped from one location and delivered to one location.
PVC Fittings Orders: Minimum $1500.00 net order shipped from one location and delivered to one location.
Combination Orders: Fittings ride for FREE, if they can be loaded on a Full Freight Allowed pipe shipment.

Outside Continental US:
FFA (full freight allowed) orders shipped outside the continental US are FOB plant (the port), freight to the port prepaid. The INCOTERM is FAS.

Returns and Restocking:

A Return of Materials Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. Prior to returning any items, contact Customer Service for details at 800-356-9432 or customerservice@freedomplastics.com.

All returned items will be assessed a 25% restocking fee upon return and inspection of product. Items must be in "saleable condition" to qualify for credit authorization.

Items marked NR in this catalog are a non-standard item and are non-returnable.

Cancellation:

Nonstandard or custom products are non-cancelable once production has begun.
Large quantities of a single product may require a non-cancelable agreement.
