DISCLAIMER STATEMENT

Freedom Plastics Inc. will not be held liable for product that is claimed to be defective, after installation has taken place, unless a Freedom Plastics Inc. representative has visited the site of the supposed occurrence and can verify that the product was indeed defective at the time of installation.

In some cases the product may have to be excavated and returned to Freedom Plastics Inc. for further evaluation or testing. This is only to take place after a Freedom Plastics Inc. representative has visited the site and reported the initial findings.

Freedom Plastics Inc. will not pay for any unauthorized field repairs, replacements, or any other charges relating to product issues.
